Quiet the mind, relax the body.
Group Meditation Sessions are offered free to the public as a service from The Gateway. During this two-hour time period, guests will have a chance to connect with each other and share stories, all the while being present with self and others. The meditation practice is a simple sitting meditation for quieting the mind. Sometimes, the "sit" will be accompanied by music or sounds. The process is organic; meaning the structure for each night will unfold in the moment.
